- 2Snappy Delivery offers food and parcel delivery services within select locations in Nigeria.
- Delivery services are available 7 days a week, subject to operational hours and weather conditions.
- Certain locations may have restricted access, and in such cases, customers may be required to collect their orders from designated pickup points.
- Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery times range between 30 – 45 minutes, depending on meal preparation time, order volume, and traffic conditions.
- For parcel deliveries, estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on distance and delivery priority.
- Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
- Shipping Fees
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery distance and will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Additional fees may apply for express deliveries, remote locations, or oversized packages.
- 2Snappy Delivery reserves the right to modify delivery charges at any time without prior notice.
- Order Tracking & Notifications
- Customers will receive real-time updates via SMS, email, or in-app notifications regarding the status of their order.
- Parcel deliveries may include tracking options where customers can monitor their shipment progress.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery location, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact the customer.
- If the order cannot be delivered after two (2) attempts, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Food orders that are undeliverable will not be eligible for refunds.
- Delivery Restrictions
- Deliveries to buildings without a functioning lift are limited to the 5th floor and below.
- Parcels containing restricted or prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, illegal substances) will not be accepted for delivery.
- Force Majeure
- 2Snappy Delivery is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, affected deliveries will be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.
