Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation by Customer
    • Customers may cancel their orders within 5 minutes of placing the order without incurring any charges.
    • If a cancellation request is made after 5 minutes but before dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the preparation stage of the order.
    • Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
  2. Cancellation by 2Snappy Delivery
    • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of the requested items, inability to reach the customer, or force majeure events.
    • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 24-48 hours to the original payment method or 2Snappy Delivery Wallet, depending on the refund amount.
  3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
    • Approved refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund/Replace Policy.
    • Refunds for orders canceled within the allowed period will be credited back to the original payment method or the 2Snappy Delivery Wallet within 24-48 hours, subject to bank processing timelines.
  4. Special Cases
    • In the event of excessive or fraudulent cancellations by a customer, 2Snappy Delivery reserves the right to restrict future orders or take necessary actions as deemed appropriate.
