At 2Snappy, we believe in putting our customers first. You have the right to decline delivery of your meal if more than 90 minutes have passed since the order was placed.

Our average delivery time is between 30 – 45 minutes, except in situations beyond our control – such as bad weather, heavy traffic, or other unforeseen delays.

To Request a Refund for Bad Food

If you wish to request a refund or return due to bad food, please call our customer service hotline within 60 minutes of receiving your meal.

Refund Policy:

Refunds under ₦10,000 will be credited to your 2Snappy Delivery wallet (for website and web app orders only). These funds can be used on your next online purchase.

Refunds over ₦10,000 will be credited to your bank account within 24 – 48 hours, upon confirmation.

If you do not have a 2Snappy Delivery wallet, your refund will be sent directly to your bank account.
