How to Update Your Profile, Phone Number, or Address

You may have created your 2Snappy account with a name you no longer want to use, or perhaps you’ve lost your phone number or moved to a new location.

If you now wish to update any of these details in your profile, here’s how to do it:

Steps to Update Your Profile Information

1. Log in to your 2Snappy account
2. Go to Menu
3. Tap on Profile
4. Tap the pen icon at the top right corner

To Change Your Profile Picture

1. Tap on your profile photo
2. Your phone’s gallery will open
3. Select your desired picture
4. Tap Update

To Update Your Name

1. Delete the old name
2. Type in your new name
3. Tap Update

To Update Your Email or Phone Number

1. Delete the old email or phone number
2. Enter the new one
3. Tap Update
4. A verification code will be sent to confirm the change
5. Once verified, your new details will be saved
